FairView Group Program Description

We strongly believe that a collective investment scheme is the most feasible way to invest your money in a wider range of financial products, by sharing the costs and benefits alongside with other similar investors.

Our project is a professionally managed type of collective investment scheme, designed as an Open-End Managed Investment Fund, that pools money from many investors and concentrates it in stocks, bonds, short-term money market instruments and/or other leveraged securities. The fund managers trade the pooled money on a regular daily basis. The net proceeds are then typically distributed to the investors.

By aggregating the funds of a large number of small investors into a specific package (in line with the objectives of the investors and according to plan’s specifications), our fund project gives individual investors access to a wider range of securities than the investors themselves would be able to access. Also, individual investors should be able to save on trading costs since the fund is able to gain economies of scale in operations, thus having the possibility to fully support the trading costs.
