Our team was created in 2009, in times of world crisis. Tracking the fall of real estate market, we have taken decision to profit on it. We buy different type of real estate which is in “bad situation”, after we produce reabilitation work. After this work is done, real estate is brought to market. Before it is sold, we offer it for rent. It is simple, and the main point is that it is profitable! Starting 2013, we began to do the same with cars.


Honesty and Unity - point which gives us possibility to be with one step forward. We are as one from 2009, every team-member knows its work-segment and serves it perfectly.

We have 2 separated main business-activities. One secures over. This is one of main point why we never make our investors bad.
